Fred gets arrested in LA

Fred is a bit of a rebel, on a recent trip to LA he indulged in a spot of road rage at the insane traffic on the 405 freeway. Upon arrival he took in some sights including the Hollywood sign and was disappointed that the hip craft market as written up in the LA times was not there and that instead there were some really overpriced cherries and a strange selection of goods.
The day was saved by a nice meal at the Microbrew, thankfully Fred didn't need I.d. However, Fred had a bit too much beer, he's only small and decided that he didn't need to wait for the interminably long walk signs and proceeded to jay walk. He was promptly arrested by the LAPD who are tough on crime and was finally let off with a fine and a warning. His owner was most distressed by the turn of events and Fred is being confined to home for now.

The Arrival of Millicent

Millicent I am happy to report is settling in splendidly with her new family.
Lydia her new owner writes:

1. Millicent arrived Priority mail in Paso Robles, Ca May 12, 2008 to her new home.
Paso Robles is halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
2. She was smiling and a bit tired.
3. She wanted to help feed Jes (BLM gaited mustang)
4. Millicent and Jes get to know each other
5. Jes invited Millicent for a ride in the back pasture.

I am sure Millicent is going to have lots of adventures and I look forward to hearing about them.
Thanks to Lydia for the report and great pictures.

The Adventures of Wilbur

I am worried about Wilbur, his new owner has been teaching him bad habits. He was turned into a bartender and made to pour drinks despite being underage during the day, followed by a bowling session where Wilbur was nearly run over by a returning ball. He does seem to enjoy being a daredevil, he stood his ground when the local dog came and checked him over whilst skateboarding in his new patch. He also couldn't resist sneaking behind the wheel of the VW to take it for a joyride, luckily for us his feet couldn't reach the ignition key so he wasn't able to move it. In the last picture you can see why the local dog didn't take kindly to him as there is definitely a resemblance between him and the local scourge of the neighbourhood Boots the cat.
